As law enforcement agencies were alerted, it was reported that an object fell from a height and struck a 74-year-old woman. Prompt action was taken as her son urgently reported the incident, leading to the arrival of paramedics who found her conscious but with a head injury. While she received immediate medical attention, authorities initiated an investigation into the incident, which appears to be linked to ongoing maintenance work at the premises.
