29th May 2023 – (Hong Kong) A foreign woman fell from a high-rise building in Yar Chee Villas at Chi Fu Fa Yuen in Pok Fu Lam early this morning. Law enforcement officials received a report from a passerby at 7.36am who saw the woman lying on the ground after the fall. She was barely conscious and barely breathing. Rescue personnel rushed to the scene and transported her to Queen Mary Hospital for emergency treatment. Unfortunately, she was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.
Authorities have blocked off the area and are investigating the woman’s identity and the circumstances surrounding her fall. They are also attempting to contact her family to learn more about her life leading up to the tragic incident.
