18th March 2023 – (Hong Kong) An accident involving two vehicles occurred in Aberdeen. At approximately 11.15pm on the 17th of March, a four-wheel drive vehicle was making a left turn from Yip Kan Street onto Wong Chuk Hang Road when a red Ferrari sports car approached from the direction of Wong Chuk Hang Road. The driver of the Ferrari is believed to have been unable to stop in time, resulting in a collision between the two vehicles. The four-wheel drive vehicle lost control and flipped onto its roof, while the front of the Ferrari was severely damaged on the left side.
During the accident, both drivers sustained injuries and were transported to the hospital for treatment by ambulance. Additionally, one male passenger in the Ferrari sustained minor injuries but did not require hospitalisation and received treatment at the scene. Law enforcement officials are currently investigating the cause and circumstances of the accident, and both vehicles involved have been impounded for further examination. A female friend of the Ferrari’s male driver also arrived at the scene to assist with the aftermath.
