20th May 2023 – (Beijing) The latest installment in the “Fast and Furious” franchise, “Fast X,” has taken the Chinese mainland box office by storm, according to data from the China Movie Data Information Network. On its third day of screening, the action-packed film grossed a whopping 77.12 million yuan (approximately 10.95 million U.S. dollars).
In second place was the domestic road comedy “Godspeed,” which generated about 10.84 million yuan in box office revenue. “Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3″ followed closely behind, earning more than 10.44 million yuan on Friday.
