30th September 2023 – (Hong Kong) In a report received by law enforcement authorities this afternoon at around 3pm, it was revealed that a distressed woman was perched precariously on a stone ledge by a window in Ching Yuk House, Tsz Ching Estate located on Tsz Wan Shan Road, Tsz Wan Shan.
Upon receiving the report, firefighters swiftly arrived at the scene and initiated negotiations with the woman on the building’s floor. Meanwhile, a contingency team of firefighters stood ready in an upper-floor unit, while rescue personnel positioned safety air cushions on the ground. The law enforcement agencies have launched an investigation into the incident to determine the cause.
