9th February 2023 – (Hong Kong) At 8.43am today, a passerby found a drowning man in the sea while passing by No. 11 Ka Yip Street, Chai Wan, so he reported to the police for help. Firefighters arrived at the scene and finally found a drowning man between the shore and a barge, they immediately rescued him. The man lost consciousness, and was taken to hospital by ambulance. Police confiscated a bag believed to belong to the victim at the scene and are trying to find out his identity and the cause.
