Discovery Bay’s iconic Easter Egg Hunt returns for 17th year, promising over HK$1 million worth of prizes

26th February 2024 – (Hong Kong) Discovery Bay is gearing up for its highly anticipated annual event, the Easter Egg Hunt, which will mark its 17th anniversary this year. The event, a favourite among families, invites children aged three to 10 to embark on an exciting quest to find colourful Easter eggs hidden along the picturesque Tai Pak Beach. With a staggering 46,000 prizes up for grabs, including exclusive grand prizes with a combined value exceeding $1 million, participants are in for a treat.

Apart from the thrilling egg hunt on the sandy shores, families can enjoy a range of additional activities. The DB Plaza Inflatable Funland will feature an array of bouncy castles and game booths, providing endless entertainment for the little ones. To capture the joyous moments, various Easter-themed photo spots will be scattered throughout the venue, ensuring plenty of opportunities for cherished family snapshots. Additionally, DB North Plaza will undergo a transformation into the DBN Wong-Kam-Po Cycling Funland. This section of the event, hosted by the internationally acclaimed track cycling world champion, Wong Kam Po, promises an exhilarating experience with balance bike rides and cycling e-sports. Visitors can partake in the cycling festivities from 29th March to 1st April.

DB residents have the exclusive privilege of early bird registration, which was open from 21st to 25th February.
