27th November 2023 – (Hong Kong) Following its spectacular Men’s Fall 2023 show at Egypt’s iconic pyramids in December 2022, Dior is gearing up to present its next Dior Men Pre-Fall show in the vibrant city of Hong Kong. This move follows Louis Vuitton’s upcoming debut show in Hong Kong on 30th November, where Pharrell Williams will oversee the label’s 2024 Men’s Pre-Fall collection.

Dior’s upcoming fashion show marks its return to Hong Kong after hosting a women’s haute couture show in 2014 and a men’s display in 2016. Having established 11 boutiques across the city since 1980, with six of them carrying the Dior Men line, Dior’s selection of Hong Kong as the show’s destination reflects its confidence in the city’s potential as a thriving luxury hub, as reported by WWD.

The announcement comes on the heels of Dior’s extravagant event in Hong Kong, showcasing the Cruise 2024 collection. The star-studded affair saw the presence of renowned celebrities and Dior ambassadors such as Korean actor Cha Eun Woo, NEWJEANS member Haerin, and the dynamic Thai duo Mile Pakphum and Apo Nattawin.

While specific details about the show’s date and venue remain undisclosed, this move underscores Hong Kong’s aim to reaffirm its position in the fashion world and reclaim its status as an industry hub, particularly within the realm of luxury fashion.

The Dior Men Pre-Fall show is set to take place in the first half of 2024, marking a momentous comeback for the brand in Hong Kong. Stay tuned for further updates as the excitement builds. As Hong Kong once again solidifies its standing as Asia’s fashion capital, with luxury fashion taking centre stage, all eyes are eagerly awaiting the upcoming Louis Vuitton show on 30th November, 2023.

In response to the announcement, Dior stated to WWD, “After Tokyo, Miami, London, Los Angeles, and Cairo, this new destination pays homage to Kim Jones’s artistic directorship, showcasing his profound appreciation for travel and diverse cultures—a value deeply cherished by Monsieur Dior himself.”
