This healthy dish created by us is extremely easy to prepare but tastes delicious. It is made by grilling sliced pumpkins (keep the skins) on a pan for around 15-20 minutes until both sides are slightly burned.
Once the sliced pumpkins are cooked, lay them on a round dish, spread some blue cheese and Parma ham over the pumpkin slices before drizzling some Balsamic vinegar and Extra Virgin Olive Oil over. The blue cheese emits a strong contrasting flavour to the somewhat sweet pumpkin. Garnish with fresh parsley and some blueberries. You can then serve as a party food for your friends!
