Dimsumdaily Recipe : Roasted pumpkins with blue cheese and Parma ham

This healthy dish created by us is extremely easy to prepare but tastes delicious. It is made by grilling sliced pumpkins (keep the skins) on a pan for around 15-20 minutes until both sides are slightly burned.

Once the sliced pumpkins are cooked, lay them on a round dish, spread some blue cheese and Parma ham over the pumpkin slices before drizzling some Balsamic vinegar and Extra Virgin Olive Oil over. The blue cheese emits a strong contrasting flavour to the somewhat sweet pumpkin. Garnish with fresh parsley and some blueberries. You can then serve as a party food for your friends!

1 Pumpkin, blue cheese, Balsamic vinegar, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Parma ham, fresh parsley and blueberries.
