16th March 2019 – Another crave-worthy and yet simple dish using only cabbage with fried bacon and salami as toppings. In this recipe, the slightly tingling dressing is made by mixing mustard with wasabi.
To create this dish, slice Japanese cabbage and grill it for around 5 minutes until both sides are slightly burned. Season with some salt and set aside. Fry diced bacon for around 5-6 minutes. For the dressing, mix 2 tablespoonful of mustard with half a teaspoon of wasabi, 2 tablespoons of olive oil and stir well.
Pour the fried bacon and some chopped salami onto the cabbage slices and drizzle the dressing over. Season with black pepper and serve. Garnish with chopped parsley.
