28th February 2022 – (Hong Kong) At 7am this morning (28th), a passerby found a man lying unconscious on a pebble beach while passing by Siu Sai Wan Promenade, so they called the police for help. Police and firefighters arrived at the scene and carried the man back to the shore, but he was certified dead. After a preliminary inspection of the body, the police found no suspicious injuries, but there was no identification document on the deceased. It was initially believed that he was about 30 to 40 years old and was wearing a black shirt and jeans at the time. The exact identity of the deceased and the cause of death need to be further determined.
