Crowds build up at TST Promenade ahead of the New Year’s Eve Fireworks

Crowds could be seen thronging the areas around TST Promenade and Hong Kong Cultural Centre as early as 4pm today to make sure they get a good spot to view the fireworks later tonight.

Tsim Sha Tsui Promenade is probably one of the best places for watching the fireworks that will be discharged from 4 barges and 13 pontoons anchored off the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre later tonight.
