7th June 2022 – (Hong Kong) A couple was filmed having sexual intercourse at the window of a unit in a private housing estate, K.SUMMIT, 9 Muk Tai Street, Kai Tak during the day. The naked girl was seen kneeling down while a naked man was penetrating her from behind. After a few seconds, the man pulled out his genitals and the video ended.
Anyone who without lawful authority or excuse, indecently exposes any part of his body in a public place or in public view, commits an offence and is liable to a fine of HK$1,000 and imprisonment for 6 months. The couple may have violated the law. In addition, the person who filmed the act itself is not against the law, but if the relevant footage is shared online, it may violate the “Control of Obscene and Indecent Articles Ordinance” and there will be a maximum penalty of HK$1 million and imprisonment for three years.
A 36-year-old woman was subsequently arrested in Sau Mau Ping District, suspected of being related to the case. The arrested woman is being detained and the case is still under investigation, and more arrests cannot be ruled out.
