3rd June 2023 – (Beijing) On Saturday, Chinese President Xi Jinping sent messages of condolences to Indian President Droupadi Murmu and Prime Minister Narendra Modi over the deadly train derailment and collision accident in the eastern Indian state of Odisha.
The accident resulted in nearly 300 fatalities and many more injured. The incident has been described as one of the worst railway accidents in India in recent years.
