27th October 2024 – (Hong Kong) The Chinese discount supermarket chain HotMaxx, known for its affordable offerings, has swiftly opened its second store in Hong Kong, just weeks after launching its first outlet in Olympian City. The new location, situated in Tsuen Wan’s Ocean Pride Mall, has already garnered attention for its competitive pricing, reminiscent of its mainland stores.
Following its debut on 30th September at Olympian City, HotMaxx has quickly established its presence in the local market, appealing to shoppers who frequently travel to Shenzhen for cost-effective shopping. The Tsuen Wan store features a wide array of products, including snacks, beverages, hygiene products, and skincare items, all at prices comparable to those in mainland China.
The new store offers a product range similar to that of the Olympian City branch, including snacks, beverages, alcohol, instant noodles, hygiene products, cleaning supplies, and skincare items, all priced at mainland rates. Notable bargains include HK$2 for a can of cola, HK$6 for a large pack of Vinda tissues, HK$7 for Lion whitening toothpaste, and HK$5 for Chunlu oolong tea, among others.
