6th April 2024 – (Bratislava) A major development in the world of transportation has taken place as Chinese company Hebei Jianxin Flying Car Technology acquired the production and sales authorisation for certified flying cars from Slovak company Klein Vision. The agreement, finalised in March of this year, paves the way for the manufacturing of these groundbreaking vehicles in the Chinese market.

Klein Vision, the Slovak company behind the innovative flying car technology, expressed their satisfaction with the partnership. Stefan Klein, Chairman of the board of Klein Vision, stated, “We are pleased to announce the sale of the license for our certified flying car technology to the esteemed Chinese company.” He emphasised that this collaboration represents a significant milestone in their mission to revolutionise mobility solutions on a global scale. Anton Zajac, co-founder of Klein Vision, echoed this sentiment, highlighting the importance of driving progress in the industry through such partnerships.

The flying car, designed to be used both on land and in the air, boasts a remarkable transformation capability, transitioning from a regular vehicle to an aircraft in just three minutes. With a flight speed reaching up to 300 kilometres per hour and a flight distance of over 1,000 kilometres, this vehicle offers unparalleled versatility and mobility.

Significantly, the car has been granted the official Certificate of Airworthiness by the Slovak Transport Authority in 2022. To obtain this certification, the vehicle underwent rigorous flight testing, accumulating a total of 70 hours in the air. The testing procedures adhered to the stringent safety standards set by the European Aviation Safety Agency, ensuring the car’s compliance with international aviation regulations.
