3rd March 2024 – (Hong Kong) At 1.34pm today, flames engulfed a unit in the Tak Cheong Building at 1001 Kwai Chung Road, prompting calls from concerned citizens. Firefighters swiftly extinguished the blaze, which is believed to have caused no human injuries. However, in a heartening twist, rescuers saved several cats suspected of smoke inhalation, now receiving care. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
