3rd March 2024 – (Hong Kong) A seven-seater car lost control and collided with two fruit stalls and a shopfront on Waterloo Road, opposite the fruit market, at approximately 11pm yesterday (2nd). The driver of the vehicle then callously fled the scene, leaving behind a trail of destruction.

During the accident, two men and two women, aged between 28 and 31, were knocked down and injured. Fortunately, all four victims sustained only minor injuries and were promptly transported to two nearby hospitals for treatment. Law enforcement officers arrived at the scene to investigate the cause of the accident and are currently on the lookout for the driver of the seven-seater car involved in the incident.

The entire incident was captured on CCTV by a nearby store. The footage shows the black seven-seater car veering into the opposite lane, where several men and women were standing near the fruit stalls. The unsuspecting individuals bore the brunt of the collision, with some being thrown to the ground upon impact. Shockingly, the driver of the vehicle chose to abandon the car and make a hasty escape from the scene, despite attempts by onlookers to intervene.
