Breaking Bad creator Vince Gilligan’s “Pluribus” set to premiere on 7th November on Apple TV Plus

27th July 2025 – (Hong Kong) Apple has fulfilled its promise by unveiling “Pluribus,” a new series from acclaimed Breaking Bad creator Vince Gilligan, scheduled to debut on Apple TV Plus. Alongside a brief teaser featuring peculiar donut antics, the streaming platform has confirmed the premiere date for 7th November.

This project has been in development since Apple’s initial announcement of collaborating with Gilligan in 2022. The series stars Rhea Seehorn, known for her work on Better Call Saul alongside Gilligan. However, specific plot details remain scarce. Apple describes the show, already greenlit for a second season, as focusing on “the most miserable person on Earth” tasked with “saving the world from happiness.” Joining Seehorn are actors Karolina Wydra, Carlos Manuel Vesga, Miriam Shor, and Samba Schutte.

“Pluribus” contributes to Apple TV Plus’ expanding catalogue of science fiction content, joining recent hits like Murderbot and new seasons of Foundation and Invasion, as well as future endeavours such as an adaptation of Neuromancer.
