2nd September 2026 – (Hong Kong) Rosé, a member of the acclaimed South Korean pop group Blackpink, has turned down an endorsement approach from Chinese beverage brand Chagee, despite the company offering 7.2 million US dollars, or roughly 54.45 million Hong Kong dollars. Chagee had sought Rosé as a brand ambassador to support its plans for expanding into overseas markets.

Industry sources reveal that Rosé made her decision out of concern for maintaining a high standard of quality and retaining sufficient oversight over promotional materials linked to her image. Well known for her rigorous approach to brand partnerships, Rosé has consistently maintained careful control of how she is represented in all commercial activities. She currently serves as an ambassador for several leading global names, including Yves Saint Laurent, Tiffany & Co., and Puma, and is recognised for her uncompromising attitude to brand collaborations.
