At least 3 other employees develop fever and other symptoms after one outsourced driver tests positive at SF Express branch


12th July 2020 – (Hong Kong) The third wave of new pneumonia outbreak in Hong Kong is back. SF Express confirmed on 10th July that an outsourced driver working at San Po Kong branch tested positive in preliminary diagnosis. According to sources, the branch has at least three supervisor-level employees working in the same branch developed fever and other symptoms yesterday. They are worried about contracting the virus and asked for leave for treatment.

SF Express stated on their Facebook page that the San Po Kong branch has been suspended until further notice. SF Express said two days ago that it will fully sterilise all transit facilities, office premises, and all goods handled in each batch, increase the regular disinfection of vehicles, and provide all personnel with sufficient anti-epidemic supplies, and employees must measure body temperature before work.
