13th September 2020 – (Hong Kong) According to sources, there are about 19 new confirmed COVID-19 cases in Hong Kong, which is the highest number in the past 7 days.

Dr. Ivan Hung Fan-ngai, clinical professor of the Department of Medicine, University of Hong Kong stated this morning that the local epidemic has shown signs of improvement, but it is expected that it will take 4 to 6 weeks before a new round of “zero diagnosis” is reached, and then it can be determined that the community is completely free of the virus. He believes that the universal community testing program can identify invisible patients and help cut the chain of virus transmission.
