17th August 2023 – (Los Angeles) Apple TV+ has recently announced an exciting new documentary series, produced by SMUGGLER Entertainment, that provides exclusive behind-the-scenes access to the legendary soccer player Lionel Messi. The untitled six-part series follows Messi’s journey as he embarks on a new chapter in his career with Inter Miami CF in Major League Soccer.
After an illustrious career spanning over two decades, during which Messi achieved unprecedented success with Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain F.C., as well as winning the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 with the Argentina national team, he made a groundbreaking decision that forever changed soccer in North America. He joined Major League Soccer and Inter Miami CF, and fans from over 100 countries and regions can now witness his performances with Inter Miami CF through the MLS Season Pass subscription service on the Apple TV app.
The upcoming documentary series offers unparalleled access to Messi and his new Inter Miami CF family.
