5th December 2022 – (Hong Kong) The memorial service for former Chinese President Jiang Zemin will be held at the Great Hall in Beijing at 10am tomorrow (6th). The Education Bureau requires all schools in Hong Kong to lower their flags at half-staff tomorrow. Schools should also arrange for teachers and students to observe 3 minutes of silence starting at 10am tomorrow and suspend all celebrations at the same time. Activity.

The principal of S K H Tin Shui Wai Ling Oi Primary School  in Tin Shui Wai, Hung Wai-shing said on a radio program this morning (5th) that he believed that school celebrations and other activities would be affected, but the competition would not be affected.
