Alien Huang’s memorial service held for 3 days in Taipei


20th September 2020 – (Taipei)  Alien Huang, also known as Xiao Gui (小鬼) Little Ghost, was a Taiwanese singer, actor, television presenter, illustrator and fashion designer. He reportedly died suddenly at his home in Beitou District of Taipei on 16th September. The body turned stiff when he was found by police. He was 36 years old.

Huang’s memorial service was held at Longyan Hall in Taipei. It has been open for three consecutive days since yesterday to allow relatives and friends to offer condolences. A large number of friends in the entertainment indutstry turned up and his girlfriend, Qun spent more than 10 hours at the Hall yesterday. She was dressed in black. Rainie Yang, Huang’s ex-girlfriend also appeared to pay her last respect yesterday.

Show Lo, the Taiwanese singer who was Huang’s close friend and they fell out for a period of time also turned up to pay his last respect yesterday.

When Huang’s father arrived at the Hall in the afternoon at around 1.40pm, he bowed to the media reporters three times to thank the media, saying, “Thank you!”. The memorial service was open from 10am to 6pm yesterday, and his manager Dino appeared as early as 8.38am. Huang’s sister and her husband also showed up at the same time.
