29th January 2023 – (Hong Kong) At around midnight today (29th), a passer-by found an elderly man lying unconscious on the ground in an open-air parking lot at No. 30 Cheung Fai Road, Tsing Yi, leaving a large pool of blood. The passer-by then called the police for help. The paramedics rushed to the scene, but after examination, it was confirmed that the elderly man had died on the spot. Investigators did not find a suicide note, and later confirmed that the victim, surnamed Leung (87 years old), fell from a height of about 20 metres from an overpass. His cause of death is yet to be determined by an autopsy.
