78-year-old man injures wife with knife during dispute at Hip Wo House in Kwun Tong

27th January 2023 – (Hong Kong) At around 4pm today, police received a report that a couple in a unit in Hip Wo House, 151 Hip Wo Street, Kwun Tong, had a dispute because of relationship issues. The man then wielded a knife and injured his wife’s face and hands. Officers arrived at the scene after receiving the report. After preliminary investigation, the case was listed as “assault causing actual bodily harm” and the husband surnamed Ho (78 years old) was arrested. The injured wife surnamed Law (59 years old) was sent to hospital by ambulance for treatment.
