31st March 2023 – (Hong Kong) At around 11pm yesterday, residents of a tenement block at 3 – 19, Hung Kwong Street in To Kwa Wan reported to the police that they had found an unconscious South Asian man on the staircase. The emergency medical services arrived on the scene shortly after and transported the man to the hospital for treatment. Unfortunately, the man was later pronounced dead.
Upon investigation, the authorities have identified the deceased as a 51-year-old Pakistani man who held a Hong Kong identity card. The cause of his death has yet to be determined and is pending an autopsy report.
