4th February 2023 – (Hong Kong) Police launched an anti-narcotics operation in Sham Shui Po District at 10pm yesterday (3rd) to crack down on drug trafficking activities in the district. During the operation, officers intercepted a suspicious woman outside a flat on Sai Yeung Choi Street North, and seized about 7 grams of suspected methamphetamine and 18 grams of suspected crack cocaine in her cross-body bag. Preliminary investigations believed that the 50-year-old woman was suspected of selling drugs in the area, and officers arrested her for the crime of “drug trafficking”. During the operation, the market value of the seized drugs was about HK$31,400.
