50 civilians gather in Tuen Mun to perform prayer ritual for anti-extradition protesters who committed suicide, Junius Ho and his parents


14th August 2019 – (Hong Kong) Around 50 civilians gathered in front of Tin Hau Temple in Tuen Mun this evening to perform a ‘prayer ritual’ in conjunction with Hungry Ghost Festival. They were burning joss papers and Hell bank notes for those who committed suicide due to anti-extradition protests and one of them also burned for the parents of Junius Ho, the pro-Beijing Legislative Councillor.

Several civilians tried to burn a picture of Junius Ho with laser pointers. while a few tried to ignite an incense with the laser pointers.
