After conducting preliminary investigations, authorities successfully rescued the child early this morning at 5.25am in Tseung Kwan O, leading to the arrest of two women linked to the case.

Photographs circulating online reveal that the kidnapper left behind a warning letter at the scene, cautioning against reporting the incident if the family desired the child’s safety.
