    18th January 2023 – (Hong Kong) MIRROR member Keung To reportedly bought a two-bedroom unit with a sea view at Harbour One,  Des Voeux Rd West, Sai Wan for HK$18 million. The registered buyer’s name is Keung To. 

    The apartment block was developed by Emperor International Holdings Ltd. Many singers under the Emperor Entertainment group such as Nicholas Tse, Joey Yung and Gillian Chung also own respective units in the building which was formerly a seven-storey tenement block and industrial building built in 1957. It was acquired by a developer in 2006, and was later purchased and developed by Emperor International Holdings Ltd. The building was occupied as early as the third quarter of 2012. The building is 43 storeys high and there are only 103 units with saleable areas ranging from 662 to 2,624 square feet.

    Harbour One was launched in May 2010. At that time, three of the units were bought by persons connected to the developer, including a director of Emperor International Holdings Ltd at the time, and artists Joey Yung and Gillian Chung of Emperor Entertainment Group. The latter two bought two high-rise units above 33rd floor.

    In October 2017, Nicholas Tse also spent HK$30 million to buy a unit with a built-up area of ​​more than 1,000 square feet ito give to her sister as a birthday gift and dowry. Nicholas Tse also acted as the spokesperson for another Western District project of Emperor International Holdings Ltd, Upton on Connaught Road West at the end of 2014. It was the first real estate project endorsed by Nicholas Tse.
