28-year-old man slashed by 3 men in Sheung Shui before being robbed of HK$300,000 in cash and HK$400,000 Rolex watch


5th July 2022 – (Hong Kong) At about 5 am today (5th), the police received a report that a man surnamed Lau (28 years old) was attacked by three men armed with knives in the underground parking lot of Ping Chi House, Tai Ping Estate in Sheung Shui. The suspects then robbed him of a bag containing about HK$300,000 in cash and a HK$400,000 Rolex Daytona watch before boarding a private car and fled. The conscious victim who was injured in the attack was sent to the hospital by ambulance for treatment. The police surrounded the parking lot for investigation. A pool of blood was left on the ground near the entrance.

The three suspects were about 20 to 30 years old, and two of them were wearing black shirts at the time of the crime. Police checked the CCTV footage at the scene to identify the suspects.
