20 year old female student charged for participating in riot at Sham Shui Po Police Station 29/8 allows to further her studies in Poland

11th September 2019 – (Hong Kong) A 20 year old female student was among the 5 protesters who arrested for hurling rocks and flashing laser pointers at Sham Shui Po Police Station on 29th August. She was charged for participating in riot. The Magistrate of Kowloon City Magistrates’ Courts allowed th student to leave the city on bail to study in Poland from 24th September 2019 till 4th February 2020. She was also exempted from attending the hearing on 11th November.

Her bail was set at HK$200,000 and she still has to observe night curfew while in Hong Kong from 10pm to to 6am from now till 24th September. She also needs to report to Ma On Shan police station from 6pm to 9pm every Monday.
