1st June 2023 – (Hong Kong) The Hong Kong Immigration Department, in collaboration with law enforcement agencies, conducted a crackdown operation on May 31st in the Tsuen Wan district, targeting suspected violations of the conditions of stay.
During the operation, law enforcement officers arrested 15 mainland Chinese women aged between 28 and 44 on suspicion of violating their conditions of stay. The women are currently being detained and investigated, and will later be handed over to relevant departments for further follow-up.
