21st March 2023 – (Hong Kong) A 13-year-old girl was sexually assaulted by a man in Hong Kong on Monday night. The incident occurred at around 11 pm near Kin Ming Estate in Tseung Kwan O. According to reports, the man sexually assaulted the girl before fleeing the scene.
Police officers arrived at the location after receiving the report and subsequently categorised the incident as sexual assault. They have since issued a wanted notice for a man believed to be in his 30s, around 1.75 meters tall, with a slim build and shoulder-length black hair. He was reportedly wearing dark clothing at the time of the assault.
