10th September 2022 – (Hong Kong) The supposedly popular Chairman restaurant which commenced business 18 Kau U Fong, Central in 2019 dropped 14th place to 24th in the latest World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2022 indicating a continuous drop in its standard. The restaurant announced on its Facebook today that it will move to a new location with bigger space in Central on 30th September from 18th Kau U Fong in Central after closing down on 7th September.
The restaurant still has its loyal affluent supporters despite the drop in standard and overpriced dishes.
