12 new COVID-19 cases reported in Hong Kong today, sources


15th October 2020 – (Hong Kong) Sources confirmed that about 12 new COVID-19 cases have been reported today (15th). It is expected that some cases are delayed due to the impact of tropical storm “Nangka”. As of yesterday (14th), there have been 5,202 cases in Hong Kong.

Yesterday’s resumption of laboratory tests resulted in a number of additional preliminarily positive cases. They include a member of the Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra. The patient participated in a performance at the Hong Kong Cultural Centre Concert Hall last Friday. The Kowloon Cricket Club also announced yesterday that a member who visited on the 9th of this month was diagnosed and all employees will be tested for viruses.
