1 Michelin-starred Duddell’s unveils all-day modern Cantonese set menus


15th February 2020 – (Hong Kong) Located in the heart of Central, Hong Kong, JIA Group’s Duddell’s serves authentic Cantonese cuisine within a beautiful art space. Executive Chef Li Man-Lung continues to innovate modern Cantonese cuisine at one Michelin starred Duddell’s with the introduction of two new all-day set menus at the chic and casual 4th floor salon.

The All-Day Dim Sum Set Menu and All-Day Set Menu are available exclusively at Duddell’s 4/F salon on weekdays from 12pm onwards, and weekends from 3pm onwards. Guests may also choose to dine on a selection of new additions to the salon’s a la carte menu, with delectable options of snacks, dim sum, mains, and barbecued meats served fresh straight from the Duddell’s kitchen.

Introducing the new All-Day Dim Sum Menu 

Featuring an array of Duddell’s signature dim sum, the all-day dim sum menu is the perfect treat for one. Enjoy a glass of sommelier-recommended house wine and an assortment of delicately handcrafted bites such as Duddell’ssignature 12-fold Shrimp DumplingTruffle Fried Pork Dumpling and Crispy Barbecued Pork Bun, among other guest favourites. Starting at HK$238+10% per person, the set menu introduces Duddell’s famous dim sum with a modern twist, now with the unique option to enjoy it by day or night with cocktails.

Introducing the new All-Day Set Menu 

The all-day set menu celebrates a small selection of timeless Cantonese classics re-imagined by Chef Li. Available to order for a minimum of 2 guests, the five-course set menu is priced at HK$368+10% per person and boasts Cantonese classics such as Barbecued Pork and Crispy Pork BellyCrispy Prawn with salted egg yolk, and Diced Crispy Chicken with chilli, among others. For the first time, experience a taste of Duddell’s Michelin-starred cuisine in a trendy social setting.

About Executive Chef Li Man-Lung

Li Man-Lung joined Duddell’s Hong Kong as the Executive Chef in the summer of 2019, bringing over 14 years of experience in fine Cantonese and Michelin-starred kitchens throughout Hong Kong and Macau. Prior to this, Chef Li honed his skills at world-class establishments such as 1 Michelin starred Lai Heen at The Ritz-Carlton Macau in 2018 and 2 Michelin starred Tin Lung Heen at The Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong. 

I hope to introduce a new dimension to the kind of food that we are all familiar with; to inject a new level of energy, modernity and finesse to the cuisine at Duddell’s Hong Kong while harnessing all that I’ve learned through my experiences.” – Chef Li Man-Lung.
